Tubeless Tire Repair Procedures

  • Check the tire puncture area by using soap water or water to locate penetrating objects.
  • Mark the puncture area with a crayon.
  • Remove the tire from the wheel or alloy wheel.
  • After locating the injury, mark the puncture area with a marking crayon.
  • Remove the penetrating objects.
  • Buff the injury area with a buffer hand machine.
  • Clean the repair buffing area of dust.
  • Apply vulcanizing solution to the injury area.
  • Let it dry thoroughly for 5 minutes.
  • Peel the back cover off the patch.
  • Stick the INDOFLEX Tubeless tire patch. Stitch the patch unit to ensure a seal.
  • Rub the rubbing wheel on the tire patch to stick it perfectly.
  • After it sticks, remove the top cover on the patch.
